Berry is an ideal location for hosting a Hen’s Party – only 2 hours south of Sydney and 2.5 hours from Canberra.
You can grab the bride-to-be and your friends and hit the road after work on a Friday night and be in Berry in time for dinner! It also allows you to have your hen’s weekend away over two nights – with more time for fun, eating, drinking and some much needed girl-time and R&R.

A popular food and wine destination, you will be spoilt for choice with numerous options for things to do, including eating out at local cafes and restaurants, visiting specialty food stores with a range of delicious gourmet fare, browsing the bustling boutiques and wonderful array of shops, and a famous tea shop to indulge in copious amounts of tea, cakes and jumbo scones with locally made jam and cream!
There are two country pubs in Berry, the Great Southern Hotel with and the Berry Hotel where you can enjoy a fun girls night out with some great food and live entertainment.
Take some time out to pamper yourself with a massage or mani, do yoga or shop at some of the stylish boutiques showcasing fashion and jewellery, homewares and furniture, gourmet foods, antiques and collectables, arts and crafts and more!
Another fabulous option for celebrating with your Hen’s Party is spending the day on a winery tour visiting local boutique wineries with private wine tasting sessions at Cellar Doors, tasting plates of local gourmet produce, meeting local winemakers and enjoying a scrumptious lunch or high tea amongst the vines!
